Requests are subject to verification of the order and the reported issue.

How to Report an Issue

Clear photographs of the product and outer packaging.
Relevant batch, manufacturing or expiry details visible on the packaging.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

For food-safety reasons, please do not consume a product that appears damaged, tampered with, expired or incorrect. Keep the product and packaging until our support team advises you on the next steps.

Review and Resolution

Our team will review the information and contact you if further details are required.

For an approved request, the resolution may include a refund, replacement or another remedy, as appropriate to the issue and applicable law.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, we will initiate it through the applicable payment or refund process. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider and your bank.

We will communicate any additional information required to complete the refund.

Returns of Packaged Food Products

Because our products are packaged food items, please contact us before sending any product back. Do not send products to an address unless our support team has provided return instructions.

Any return restrictions must be applied consistently with applicable consumer-protection law. Nothing in this policy removes any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
